Staff Update - Promotion

We’re thrilled to share that Alexandra Ritchie has been promoted to Associate!

As you know, we do things a little differently at Level Field Lawyers, and we see no need to wait for a milestone such as the new financial year when a team member is deserving of a promotion. Alexandra has consistently delivered outstanding work, showing a sharp legal mind, dedication to our clients, and a commitment to delivering practical and commercially focused advice.

She has also proven she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty—literally. One standout moment was when she carefully supervised the craning of a pallet from a client’s top story to a truck, containing 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱’𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 application at the time. That level of dedication (and logistical problem-solving) says it all!
